Purchasing

  • Please note all product dimensions refer to the unframed work. For framed sizes please enquire.
  • Your order will be accepted by confirmation email. This is when our contract with you is made. The email will also confirm details of your order and a dispatch date will follow.
  • Terms may change. The terms that apply to you are those here on this site on the day you place your order.
  • You must supply accurate and up to date information about yourself to enable us to deliver your goods.
  • All prices are in pounds sterling (£)(GBP) and are not currently subject to VAT. Only payment made in pounds sterling will be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Delivery

  • The full price of your goods must be received before we can dispatch it.
  • You will be emailed upon dispatch.
  • Delivery costs specified are for UK delivery only. Please get in touch for International shipping costs.
  • Original artwork will require a signature.
  • For deliveries made by specialist art courier you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your goods.
  • You may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or customised goods.

Returns and Refunds

  • We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will offer a full refund, provided items are returned to us undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • Please ensure that the package is sent signed for and insured to the value of the artwork.
  • If you do wish to return an item please contact us for further details.
  • Please note commissioned and customised pieces are exempt from the refund policy.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
  • If the goods are not returned in good condition you are liable to us for the cost.
  • Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.
  • In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.
